Victoria Yanakos, COO for Capella, is a thought leader and research facilitator in the area of hybrid working. She has
conducted numerous studies alongside Technical University Dublin, SelectUSA, and C-level focus groups through the Chief
network in NYC.
With more than fifteen years of consultative sales and executive leadership experience, Victoria holds an impressive track
record for large global account development, market expansion, future of work expertise, and the advancement of
technology capabilities to meet the ever-changing needs of today’s clients. Prior to Capella, Victoria held director-level roles
in the Served Apartment industry, based both in NYC and London.
Victoria holds degrees in Business Administration, Marketing and Management from the University of Delaware, Lerner
College of Business and Economics, and has certifications in ergonomics through the American Safety Counsel. She is a long-
time volunteer for the Ali Forney Centre, supporting LGBTQ youth, and resides in Manhattan with her husband and two
young sons.
