Please note: ExCel only will take deliveries from the built-up day onwards.

The Business Show will sign for any deliveries before the show in the absence of the exhibitor, however, all couriers will be asked to leave packages on your stand. We cannot guarantee the safety or accept any responsibility for these packages.

Build Up Day

You will have access to your stand before the show.

The timings of these will depend if you have a shell scheme or a space-only stand.

See below your access times:

SHELL SCHEME TIMES: 21st November 2023 12:00pm - 8:00pm

SPACE ONLY BUILD TIMES: 20th & 21st November 8:00am - 8:00pm

Exhibition Days

22 - 23rd November 2023

Exhibitor Access from 8:00am

Visitor Access from 10:00am - 5:00pm

DAY 1:

You get access to your stand at 8:00am.

The doors for all visitors will open at 10:00am.

Doors for the show close at 5:00pm.

As soon as 5 pm hits, you’re invited to join us at our exhibitor party.
This will be at the Bridge Bar in the ExCeL.

DAY 2:

You get access to your stand at 8:00am.

The doors for all visitors will open at 10:00am.

Doors for the show will close at 5:00pm.

Break down your stand, get out and get home safe.

Breakdown

FOR ALL EXHIBITORS: Thursday 23rd November - 4:30pm - 9:00pm

EFI Logistics will be onsite until 9:00pm if you need any help with collections.

On the breakdown, access to the hall is only available to contractors and other staff assisting in the breakdown of stands, once it is clear of visitors. Cars and small vans can queue up at the venue for two hours before the event closes. Larger vehicles may not enter the site until two hours after the event closes.

There are no storage facilities onsite. No items are to be left on the stand. Any uncollected items will be disposed of and you will be charged. If your courier fails to collect a package or any large items they will be stored by EFI Logistics at an additional cost.
